MacBook Woes
So about a year ago I had the palm rest on my black MacBook replaced for the second time. It is a common problem for them to crack, design flaw and all that jazz. When I had it replaced by Apple at their Genius Bar I was told it was being replaced by a new type that would not break and since I was out of warranty I was out of luck if it happened again. So I am out of luck, right? Well, I hope not. I am going to contact Apple and see what my options are. This is all complicated by the fact that I am in Romania now but hopefully some of the Apple customer service magic can happen even over here.
