Here is a digital version of my original Job Aid produced for EDET 650.

This Job Aid provides some basic pointers and help items for volunteers at the SPCA. These are items that need to be reinforced on a regular basis. Volunteers should review the information before each shift, The video and document versions provide multiple means of delivery for the information in an attempt to increase retention and provide variety.
