Hip-hop hooray

Lent has come and gone and I did wicked poorly on my lenten promises. Although I did do quite well eating tuna and such, yum. Small graces right?

My parents came to visit for Easter and that was great. It will be the last time I will get to see them for a while, a long while. Not happy about that but there are so many ways to keep in touch they will never be that far away. Their visit was fairly uneventful which is good. I was hoping for some good bonding time and that is exaclty what we had. We had dinner, went to the NC Science Museum, Botanical Gardens, A Southern Season, mass at Sacred Heart and Easter Dinner at Marie’s. All in all a good time.

Thank you for driving all the way up here Mom and Dad. It was great to see you.
